I was lied to regarding the car I purchased then when I went to get the car I looked at online originally, they tried charging me 1500 extra dollars down. They were bitter and rude about my wanting the car I originally went in for and I never got any documents or papers for my vehicle

They treated me pretty fair. Gave me good trade in value for my car. And fair price on the truck I bought. I only gave three stars because I was told there was two keys for the truck I got but after paperwork was done they only had one they said they lost the other one. Carl was kind and accommodating, but didn't have vast knowledge for handling an out of state purchase. Gloria just kept telling me that 'it takes time' for the paperwork to get to Idaho. Yesterday was Dec 15 and I finally registered the vehicle in Sandpoint, but Idaho still had not received the necessary paperwork.
Was easy to deal with. Car was delivered to me quickly. Only wish I could get copies of the paperwork I signed.

There were so many things that had not been done like gas in the tank, all fluids were empty. Oil had not been changed. Only got one fob. These are little things but should have been taken care of. I had to get gas before even going home. Less than 1/4 of a tank. I had 1 hour drive home.

Really regret buying this truck. So many issues with it now. I was insured that the truck had been gone over by two dealership.
